Local Body Officers' Course
The special course which had recently been held at Rotorua for exservicemen local body officers had proved very satisfactory, said the Minister of Rehabilitation, the Hon. C. F. Skinner, speaking at the monthly meeting of the Rehabilitation -Board. Having visited the course and spent soiiie tiihe at it he had a first-hand opportunity of assessing its value. The Minister added that he had addressed the students on land values, and had stressed the importance of valuation in local body administration; he felt that this.subject could be well inciuded in the course to be held for South Islahd officers at Dunedin- in August.
