The Director-Geqeral of Unrra, Ma.jor-General Rooks, in a statement, said Enrra, since it .was established iu 1943, had delivered 23,000,000 tons of supplies valued at. nearly £750,000,000 to 17 countries. General Rooks, in a letter to Mr. A.ttlee,'! thanked Britain for "speeial sacrifices ' ' in support of Unrra.
