DEARTH OF TAXIS ON RACE DAYS DEPLORED
It is a ' common fact throughout New Zealand that there is always a dearth of taxis on a Saturday commented the No. 2 Transport Licensing Authority, Mr. p. Skoglund, iri Levin yesterday.
