Received Wednesday, 10.30 a.m. RANGOON, May 13. More than 2000 troops have been sent to Arakan, where "open rebellion" is repqrted after the re- ! arrest of the former Buddhist rnonk, U. Seinda, who is allegedly campaigning for a separate state. It is officially stated that the Arakan rebels, who are allegedly Tommunists, are abducting and murdering anti-Communist men and women. * Government officials have fled from the district.
