Regulations, oue to consider and settli the dispute dealing with the rates ti be paid to members of the erew of th tug Toia for work done in rendering as sistance to the Karepo at the time of the niishap to that vessel, and the second to deal with the dispute between the ships' carpenters and employers over the rates of pav and conditions. The tribunals are being established on the nsual condition that the deeision in each case will b.e aceepted vvithou' question by all the parties to the dis putes.
