SHANNON DEFEAT FOXTON The local cricket team secured a win on the first innings in a friendly match played against a Foxton eleven at the Shannon Domain during the weekend. Shanhoh in their first innings scored 222 runs. Burke (33), Hermansson (33), Tippler (22) and Moore (22) were the top batsmen. Foxton scored 10.7 runs before being dismissed in their innings.
