Tli.n is, the date will not be retrospective, The amending regulations extend the principle regulations in two respecls, Dissolution of a war marriage ean now be applied for after a period of separa tion, either by agreement or order oi court, which has existed for six months The Supreme Court is given jurisdietion to doterniiue a suit of nullity of a marriage celebrated abroad where respond ent is outside New Zealand.
