FOXTON, Feb. 21. William Broad, aged 39, married, vith two children, was found dead this morning at the bottom of the •pen drain across Johnston Street and the main highway. A bicycle mspended on the timbering indioated that he had overbalanced when attempting to ride along the ide. Deceased had a severe gash on the head. where he had struck he woodwork.
