Fiebig, Christchurch, was reeived by Rev. Slade. The vice-president elected was Mr. G. -3. -Gapper, an officer of Rev. Slade 's 'hurch. He was weleomed into ofbee by the 1946 vice-president, Mr. J. Tyler,; Auckland. Rev. E. T. Olds, Aucklanrl, was elected preftident-elect of the next confermce and Rev. Fiebig secretary. Rev. )lds entered the Theological Cqllege in 1915. He enlisted in the first year of the 1914-19 war and served overseas, . eturiiiiig in 1918 seriously wounded. He Was for some years assistant superintendent of the home mission depart melit and has just finished as minister of Pitt Street clmrch (his brother, Rev. C. H. Olds, was president of the con forenee in 19-15).
