The divcrce suits of Laraine Day and Ann Miller have reached a new Hollywood high Mr bitterness. Ann Miller, in ihe double suit she has filed against millionaire socialite husband Reese Milner, charges hini with fraud as well. Milner cheated her out of half interest in their 180,000 mansion as well as commitr ing threats and violent acts \gainst her person, claims Ann. UUner, nnreover, talked her into giving up a career worth £2000 a week, and she is now penniless, she ,aid. The dancing star is claiming f.125.000 damages, as well as "proper alimony" from Milner. Ann recently came out of hospital, after losing' her prematurely-born child. Laraine Day, who originally filed ie.r divorce against husband Ray Hendricks, claiming mentality cruelty, hotly denies Hendrick's counter-suit. He alleged that baseballer Leo Durocher, "posmg as a family friend, clandestinely pursued the love of he actress." Laraine, in a public denial of her husband's attacks exclaimed: "Deliberate," malicious lies." The star intends filing another, suit against Hendficks on new grounds.
