The New South AVales Aiuatcur Athletic Association is ncgotiating to bring the champion New Zealand runners, Don Harris aiul Ron Agate, and the American, Don Campbell, to Svdney for the State championships which will be held at Easter, probablv on the Sydney cricket ground. The secretarv (Mr. B. C. Day) said that his agent in New Zealand had re ported that tlie prospect s of cngaging tlie three runners wero bright aiul that he expeeted to announee tlieir decisions this week. Tlie Association was anxious to get the best runners jiossible to meel the Australian cliampions .Tohn Treloar and George Campbell. Tlie Yictorian 'cliampions, J0I111 Bartram and Jack Stevens, have alreadv promised to conpete.
