DOMINION JOURNALISTS TO VISIT J FORCE

WELLINGTON, 1- eb. 10. Three New Zealand journalists — Messrs G. b>. Roydhouso, of the New Zealand Press Association, B. A. Mair, of the Christchurch Htar-Lim, and W. G. Blundell, of tlie New Zealand Frev Lance — will leave Auckland by air 011 Thursday for Japan. The journalists, who are going to Japan at the invita tion of the Government, will travel b\ a Dakota aireraft. The journey is ex pected to take about teu days. They will spend from two to three weeks 111 Japan and their total absence froni New Zealand will be about six weeks. It is hoped the men will be able to visit other areas, including Tokio as wrell as the New Zealand area, but travel outside the New Zealand zoue will have to be at the invitatiou of tlie United States authofities. The .men will be given the opportunity to study :at first hand the conditions under which the New Zealand troops live, together writh the amenities provided for tlieni. They are going as an imlependent 111 is sion so that the people of New Zealand can be given an account of the occupation task allotted to J Force.
