ONE SURVIVES; 16 KILLED.

Received Sunday, 8.10 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 2. A I'rench Dakota airliner on the Paris-Lisbon run crashed and burst into flames 13 miles from Lisbon in the Cintra hills in bad weather. The British United Press correspondent says the plane had 12 passengers and five of a crew. There was only one survivor. Nine women and two children were among thoSe killed. The sole survivor is a 38 year old Frenchman named Eugene Leonard who was visiting Portugal on his honeympon. After the crash he kept crytng: "Save my wife." He is stated to be in a critical .condition. Peasants carried him awav from fhe plarie when he was the onlv occupant throvvn clear. The remainder of the passengers are believed to be French or Portuguese and none are well known personalities. The French airline company Air France, said the Dakota left Le Bourget yesterday. Rescuers found all the vietifds.
