Received Sunday, 7 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 2. To assist the committee investigating the Kastrup Dakota crash, a Danish Airlihes piiot,' Captain Vandamn, flew test flighcs in a Dakota with the elevator control artificially conlined to the narrow limits which would be possible if the elevator were locked. The tests showed that the Dakota was able to take ofl; and climb but stalled at tlie same height as the height from which the K.L.M. machine crashed on January 2(i. The coniiiiifteo suspects but has not found proof that the locked elevator cansed the crash.
