LOOKING FOR A PLAN
Received Sundav, 7 p,m. LONDON, Feb. 1. The Daily Telegraph's diplomatic correspondent says there is little doubf that the Palestine evaeuation is a preparation for any trouble that mav arise from the British imposition of a partition scheme. Uniess the unexpected happens, Britain will soon have to declare that the London conferonce failed, that the "Morrison'' plan is unaceeptable and that neither side submitted any that is aeceptable. Britain must then produce its own plan for Palestine. Cabinet is Studying several but is unable to decide which, if any, is lilcely to cause the least trouble.
