REGENT THEATRE

Very funny . . . Very . . . funny! And so is "The Horn Blows at Midnight," the new Warner Bros.' laugh riot starring Jack Benny and lovely Alexis Smith, screening on Thursday and Friday at the Regent Theatre. Jack's first picture in years is his funniest picture of all time. One of the most colourful of all frontier bandit chronicles, the story of the Dalton Brothers' last stand in Coffeyville, Kansas, is said to have been graphically portrayed in Hollywood's most recent thriller "The Daltons Ride Again." Made by Universal, the engrossing picture is due on Thursday at the Regent Theatre. Alan Curtis, Lon Chaney, Kent Taylor and Noah Beery, Jnr., appear as the notorious outlaw brothers.
