It was agreed to f'orward a remit to the New eZaland liacing Confere'nce ad-. vocatiug the proposal. Branding of all racehorses was also discussed. It was decided to. hold a meeting of breeders to discuss the question next Tuesday. The meeting was attended by delegates from Hawke 's Bay, Manawatu, Wellington, Canterbury, Taranaki, Auckland and Takanuii.
