A report published in tlie offieial organ of the Kussian Ar'niv in Germanv, adinits that Boviet occupation aiithorilies have produced nearly three and a half times as nmch heavv machinery in their zone of Gerniany as the amount laiil down in the Four I'ower agreement on the level of Gernian industry. The report states that since the Russians took over the zone tliey produced titi. 500, (100 worth of heavy machinerv from Gernian factories under their control coitipared with, the Control Council ligure of £1,875,000. It (loes not disclose what the Russians , have been doing with the finislied machinerv but dcuies that they intend to dismantle uid reinove the lemainder of the heavy industrial plants in Eastern Gerniany.
