FROM ONE MURDER CHARGE TO OTHERS
Received Fridav, 10.30 p.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 33. Tmmediately he had been aequittrerl at the ('entral CriininaL Court today .oi the murder of Alfred William Da'wes, at Waterloo, lYilliam Holleboue, aged 29, was charged witli two other murdei's. The jury, after a ten-minute retire nient, found that it would be dangerous to convict accused on tlie evidenee. Holleboue pleaded not guiltv to tlie new charges and Mr. Justice Herroti directed that the Crown 's view be souglit as to wether or not a Bill would be filed on tlie charges. The deaths were tlie result of a mas shooting at Dawe's honie on August 29. The judge agreed with the jurv's verdict but strongly criticised those pres ent at the time of the shootings, foi their attitude during the trial.
