NEW TENNIS RULES
Reeeived Friday, 7 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 12. The British Lawn Tennis Association has aniended the amateur rule to en able professionals in other sports to play lawn tennis as amateurs. The niotion, to bccome elfeetive, tieeds International Tennis Federation ratification in March. The meeting also decided to increase the size of the ball hy one-sixteentli of an incli. Lorcl Templewood was re-elected president.
