Mrs. W. S. Lett, of Levin, has been appointed judge of the cooking and decorative sections of the Shannon horticultural show to be held 011 Friday, December 13. One of New Zealand's most famous fighter pilot aces, Group Captain D. J. Scott D.S.O., O.B.E., D.F.C. and Bar, French Croix de. Guerre and Belgian Croix de Guerre avec Palmes, is the weekend guest of Mr. L. P. Grifffth, of Levin.
