WELLINGTON, Nov. 26. Information received from the Chief Electoral Office regarding the procedure in announcing the results of the services votes on election night is to the effect that the last result announced will contain the final civilian plus the forces figures for the night. Immediately the returning officer telegraphs his final civilian figures, the Chief Electoral Office will supply him with the forces vote for his electorate, and these will be announced immediately.
