Received Sundav, 7 p.m. IIOBART, Xov. 24. With onlv one-third of the votes east in yesterday 's elections for the Houhi* of Assembly so f'ar eounted, Labour. appears to be assuied of a return. Latest figures suggest that the new Parliament will comprisc 17 Labour, 12 Liberal and one Independent. Befor«' tlie elections Labour held 20 seats and the Liberal Party 10. Two Ministers, Mr. W. Taylor (Forests) and Mr. H. .T. Lane (Minesl, may lose their seats to Liberal candidates.
