LANDLORDS' STRIKE SPREADS
Received Tuesday, 11.30 a.m. NEW YORK, Nov. 18. The landlords strike against the Office of Price Administration ren controls is sweeping Texas "lilc wildfire," said Mrs. Frank Morru president of Landlords Incorpbrat ed, addressing the Nafional Apartment Owners' Association at Okla horna City. She added that 10, 0'C1 apartments in Texas were alread; vacant, and will not be rented unti the eontrol is lifted. Mrs. Morris declared that tla, owners could °not properly main tain their properties under tht present rent ceilings. Therefore, i. was better for them to be idle thar for money to be lost by the occupancy of destructive undesirables who cannot be evicted.
