Received Tuesday, 11.30 a.m. OTTAWA, Nov. 18. Judge McDugall convicted David Jordon Lunan of conspiring to communicate secret mformation to Russia, and sentenced him to five1 years' imprisonment. ^ The Royal Commission's report said that 'Lunan was the leader of a group of Canadians operating in a Soviet-inspired espionage ring.
