Lane, State secrctary of tlie Federaled Eiiginediivers' and Firenien's Association, was rcbuked by Alr. .lustice Suganiian. Alr. Fowler said that because of Ihe aetion of a f'ew recalcitrant crane drivers, Ihe d'ock had been forced to closo down and deprive J200 nien of work. Counsel for the Shipwrights' Union asked t'dr an order preventing tlie einployers from acting in eoncert to prevent men froin obtaining employinent. Lt was alleged that members of the Einployers' Association had refused to employ men iille because of the dispute. The Judge ordered that all parties sliould att'end a eouipulsory .eonference under the Co-iKuJiation Commissioner. :
