CllRlSTCHL'RCH, Nov. 2. The New Zeuland Metropolitan Trotting Club opened its Cup Meeting at Addington on Saturday before a reeord attenuance. The track was in fast order. The photo-chart eamcra was in operation for the lirst time in the South Island and the judge eallefl on its use to decide a close.linish in the Trotting Cup, and minor places in the Avon Handicap. The amount put through on the ehief event, the New Zealand Trotting Cup, £35,710 10s, created a record for the race.
