8YDXEY, Oct. 30. Tn wild cbases through Sydney street s early this morning the police pursued youths in ]iossession of vehicles alleged to have been stolen. The police found three motor cycles and a car grouped in a street, liut as ihev approached, the youths made oli in ihe vehicles. In a chase at 60 miles an hour the police coniered the car in a dead-end. The two occupants jumped out, and one was tackled by a constable. yieanwhile, another police ear pursued a motor cycle, the rider of which gained on every eorner bv reckless innnoeuvring. rPhe police car made up gi'ound *5 n the straights, uutil linally the cyclist was thrown from his niachine.
