CLAIMS ARREST IS ILLEGAL

Received Tuesday, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 14. Schacht has sent a letter to the deputy United States military governor of Berlin, General Lucius Olay, requesting his release from Stuttgart Pfison, says the American News Service. Sehacht blaimed that his arrest is illegal. . Council for Bormann at the Nuremberg trial has sought the movement of Schacht to Nuremberg, here he would defend him before ihe denazification court.
