INDOOR BASKETBALL
There was a good attendance at the Railway Hall on Tuesday night to witness the games between Otaki and Ohakea Air Force Station. Otaki played very well to win five of the six games played. Detailed results were: — Ladies: Air Force A 13, Otaki A 29; Air Force 24, Otaki B 7. Men: Otaki A 24, Air Force A 19; Otaki B 22, Air Force B 15; Otaki A 26, Air Force B 12; Otaki B 23, Air Force A 11. The teams to travel to Ohakea on Monday night will be: — Ladies: Bell, Jacobs, Merwood, Johnson, N. Carkeek, Williams, Young, Edwards, Snowdon, H. Johnson, Kendrick and Enoka. Men: Webster, Mathie. Gow, Julius, Plodges, T. Hakaraia, Bloomfield, McKinlev. Merwood, B. Hakaraia and Winiata. The bus will leave from the post office at 6 p.m. and spectators
