Mr. D. J. Munro has been selected as Labour candidate for the Wallace seat. He is a son of the late Mr. J. W. Munro, former member for Dunedin North. Mr. R. A. Frederikson, managing secretary of the Horowhenua Electric Power Board, and also Mr. J. F. Bryce, engineer, are at present in Christchurch attending an annual power board conference which is oeing held this week.
