— V ILLEGAL FRONTIER CROSSING Received Tuesday, 11 a.m. BELGRADE, Sept. 23. The Yugoslav Foreign Office has informed the United States Embassy that the American citizen, Mr. R. H. Stoockel, who has beeh missing in Yugoslavia since July 15, is being held for an investigation of charges of illegally crossing the frontier and taking photographs of prohibited objects. The official Yugoslav note said that the United States Embassy would be informe'd of the further course of the investigation.
