COUPON SAVING

WELLINGTON, Sept. 17. During the past week 6134 butter eoupons and 189,789 meat coupons were saved in the food saving eampaign. The total number of eoupons saved in the 23 weeks of the eampaign is 224,958 butter eoupons and 4,148,065 meat eoupons. On a population basis, Gisborne headed the list Jfor the eighth time since the eampaign started. Gisborne has been in the first three plaees for 17 out of the 23 weeks. Blenheim was second last week, thus gaining its eleventh place since the eampaign opened.
