The National Alaritime Union, G.I.O., has announeed a strike from niidnight last niglit for the same wage increase made ixossible for A.F.L. seamen. Tlie Associated Press says the Alaritime unions are so distributed that eitlier the A.F.L. or C.I.O. cau bring industry to a standsti'll. The National Alaritime Enion strike affects botli the west and east eoasts.
