WELLINGTON, Sept. 13. Sixteen magistrates from all parts of New Zealand are expected to attend a conference whieh will be held in Wellington tomorrow to discuss the proposed Magistrate's Court Bill. It was stated today that the meeting was to be of a purely domestic nature and not open to the press. The main business would be to discuss conditions and ap pointments and status of magistrates. Suggestions would be made for in corporation in the Bill. For three or four years new legislation has been under consideration, notably by the law divisioa of the committee but it has been held up beeause of the war.
