WELLINGTON, Sept. 13. Prior to the adjournment of the House, Mr. S. G. Hollaiul asked the Prime hlinister what target date he was aiming at for the end of the ses sion. Mr. Fraser said he had in mind abonl October 10 or October 11 or Oetober 12 "But if we have to go on we ean't help it. " Mr. Holland: Is there likely to be any more major legislation? Mr. Fraser said there was the Rupei-annuation Bill whieh was being drafted and the Magistrates Bill which was a big and important one but he did not see that there would be much differenee of opinion over it.« There would be another Finance Bill and a Land and Ineome Tax Amendment Bill. He would be in a better positioh- hext week to indicate the forthcoming iegislation.
