PREPARATIONS TO CELEBRATE LI-QUID ATION

Receiyed Saturday, 11 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 6. Although votiilg in Bulgaria's Plebiscite ori the Monarchy's future is not being held until Sunday, the people are getting out flags to celebrate Monday as a "day of nation-wide joy over the liquidation of the criminal Monarchy," says Reuter's Sofia correspondent. The King's royal functions are at present exereised by thr.ee Regents, appointed by the Government.
