RUSSIA MAY HAVE NEW PEACE VIEWS
MOLOTOV'S MOSCOW VISIT Received Fridav, 10.30 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 6. Semi-oificial Russian sources deny a recent report that Russia intends resigning from United Nations or renouncing it, says the Exchange Telegraph 's diplomatic correspondent. Mr. Molotov, if neeessary, will publicly deelare a policv regarding tlie matter. He conversed with Mr. Vyshinsky for a long time after liis return from Moscow. One result of his Moscow visit is expected to be a new Soviet view 011 the European peace settlement and the plan will be duly outlined when ,the opportunity arises. This is for a master plan fixing the times, methods and places for the final European and global peace settlements. The United States might not accept sueh a plan but probably Britain, Russia, France and the majority of members of United Nations will eventually agree to a plan for fixing Geneva or Paris as the eentre for the European peace talks, leaving the American- based United Nations tc grapple with the framing of globai peace legislation.
