INVERCARGILL, Aug. 2. An offer by the Invercargill Licens- , ing Trust to the Salvalion Aririy^ Band of £5tt, has been declined "with thanks". Adjutant Pauling stated that moneys derivod as direct proiils from the liquor trade could not be accepted. The money, he said, could well be used.
