At a well-attended iiieetiilg bf the Levin Combined Athletic and Cycling Club's social committee, held this week, arrangements Were finalised for the holding of a sodial eveniiig on August 7, details of which are advertised in this issue." In view of the faet that mahy of the hohorary members of the club do not dance, the committee has arranged for the_ first part of the evening to consist of a programme of musieal and Vocal items, With a dance and eards to follow, thus catering for the wishes of all friends and supporters. Many local artists have offered their services to the club, thus assuring patrons of a most varied and enjoyable evening's ehtertainmfent.
