SHANNON VETERINARY CLUB

i A meeting of the Shannon Veterinary Club was held on Saturday afternoon following the- annua. meeting of the Shannon Dairv Company. A balance-shcet was presentect and the chairman (Mr. W. E. Barber) introduced the newlyappointed veterinary surgeon, Dr. L. N. Loomis, to members. Di Loomis addressed members for a few minutes on various stock ailments. The chairman advised that the temporary telephone number of Dr. Loomis was 61S until such time as the new residence is completed at the factory. A letter of thanks and appreciation was sent to Dr. W. H. Bisbop, who has retired from service as veterinary surgeon owing to a serious illness early this year.
