GAMING REFORM PETITION
A petition "praying for the publica tion of dividends, tlie transmitting oi iuvestments" to the totalisator through legal channels, aud the cstablishmenl oi' a double totalisator," was signed by a large nuniber of patrons at the recenl Dunedin Jockey Club's meeting at Wingatui. The petition, wliich is being sponsored by the Ovvners', Trainers and Breeders' Associatiou, and is en dorsed by the New Zealand itacing Conference, will be presented to the Gaming Gommission. Similar petitions will be circulated at other racing and trotting meetings throughout the Dominion.
