WRESTLING OPENS IN AUCKLAND

AUCKLAND, May 20. The first wrestling contest in Auckland since December, 1941, took place to-night. It created widespread mterest and liundreds of peox^le were nuable to gain admittance. The partieipants were Jack Claybourne, of Anierica, and Ken Kenneth, of Aucklaud. - Claybourne won by two falls to oue. The winner is an American negro. Re wore a belt attached to a band of rcd, white and blue ribbon, significant or the fact that he was the colourcd wrestling champion of the world.
