It was stiessed that the council was guided by inforination available a( Ihe momcnt and had not had- time to discuss tlie •question with its brauches. It was decided that the question of tlie control oi botli the Cantecn and Patriotic Fund Boards sliould be discussed with rtpresentatives of Douiinion headciuarters of other ex-servi*e orgauisations. The Council aflinuod that the present •form of ccutrol and administration of tlie Patriotic funds should be retained but that Ihe Patriotic Fund Board sliould be roconstitulod with adequate representatiou of ex scrvice orgauisations.
