Abbott and Costello's latest Unlvcrsal comcdy, "Here Come the Co-Eds," opens on Friday at the Renown Theatre, to the great hil-arit-y of the many fans on hand. Bccause the haiidsome Dean, Donald Cook, flouts school tradition and awards a scholarship to Abbott's dancer-sister, Martha O'Driscoll, the ehairman of the Board of Trustees decides to foreclose the mortgage. Abbott and Costello, however, put their numerous idcas; for money-raismg into action. Naturally, with Abbott and Costello handling1 things, the mojiey is. raised, the college is saved and cven the romance between Miss O'Driscoll and Cook flowers to the comedians' and the audience's satisfaction.
