HELP FROM SOVIET
PERSIAN PREMIER'S HOPES Reeeived Monday, 10.15 a.m. TEHERAN, May 5. The Persian Prime Minister, M. Sultaneh, in a speech, said the Soviet Union had proved that she would not stand in the way of the independence and happiness of the Persian people. "We hope the Soviet Government will help us in the future in every respect," added M. Sultaneh.
