PERSIAN PREMIER'S HOPES Reeeived Monday, 10.15 a.m. TEHERAN, May 5. The Persian Prime Minister, M. Sultaneh, in a speech, said the Soviet Union had proved that she would not stand in the way of the independence and happiness of the Persian people.
