When the Seeurity Council reconvenes probably next Tuesday, it will he officially informed by Persia that Russia has' fulfilled the pled'g'es made at Teheran early in April and withdrawn- her troops' from all Persian provinces, reports the New York Times. It is authoritatively learned that four. Persian provinces have been completely evacuated and all Russian forces are expected to be out of Persia by tomorrow. . ^ It appears unlikely that the r-alestine problem will be submitted to the Seeurity Couifcil in the immediate future.
