Received Thursday, 12.10 p.m. HAVANA, April 10. Two Cuban Cabinet Ministers , wounded each other slightly in a dawn sabre duel to settle a "question of honour." The -Minister of Labour, Carlos Rosell, was slashed on the chest in the first round and the Minister of Education, Diego Tejera, was cut on the right side in the second round. The attending doctor ordered the duel to proceed, but the referee of fencing, Professor Rivas, announced that the question of honour had been settled. The Ministers shook hands, embraced and announced: "We are friends again." s
