CANADA'S NEW GOVERNOR
LARGE CROWDS GREET LORD ALEXANDER Received Thursday, 12.10 p.m. OTTAWA, April 10. Field Marshal Lord Alexander, Canada's new Governor-General, arrived in Halifax aboard the Acquitania. He was greeted by large crowds. The Acquitania also carried 900 British war brides.
