"RED AND WHITE."
Sir, — Another council meeting has been held and no mentipn of t.he dpgs on parade in Oxford gtreet. Levin is the cleanest town in New Zealand except for one thing — the dqg walk — or to give it its proper name, Oxford Street. There is a proper place for everything, and the sooner "the council prohibits do^s in the shopping centre the sooner we will have yet a cleaner tpwn. — Yours, etc.,
Levin, March 20.
